Sarah Anyango 13 years old. they stay in a small iron sheet house which is allocated near sewage in a small village in Kawangware slums She is living with her Single mother together with her 4 siblings in the same household. Her mother is HIV-Positive. Sarah has been brought up in a humble & poor family having been limited to many resources which requires money. Most of the times they end up sleeping hungry due to lack of money to buy food. Her mother is unemployed, she does small business on selling vegetables, but her business is not stable. Sarah is out of school due to lack of school fees. She need support for school fees, food, medical support. Her mother has been suffering from diseases but there in nowhere they can get help. This family seek financial support from any well-wisher.
